AHH, THE SANTA BARBARA COUNTY COURTHOUSE

If you follow us on Instagram, you have most likely come across posts where we are raving about the Santa Barbara County Courthouse (hint: we talk about it a lot, because we LOVE IT!)

We have had the pleasure of capturing countless special weddings and elopements there AND fun fact: we owners of Burgundy Blue, Ryan and Jay, got married there as well in 2017!

It’s hard to explain in words the dreaminess of this place, really. There are several spots on the property to say your sweet vows, such as the historical mural room and hideaways outside underneath the California palms. The golden light that peaks over the clocktower is unreal and truly, the entire area is simply magical.

We have a soft spot for elopements and especially elopements at the Courthouse. There is something so unique and intimate about marrying this way and images produced out of these special days are some of our MOST favorite to date. Take a peek below!
